We will provide Technical Support via both telephone and e-mail on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, with the exclusion of Statutory Holidays (“Support Hours”).
You may initiate a helpdesk ticket during Support Hours by calling 1 844 GO HELP1 (1 844 464 3571) or any time by emailing support@kloudville.com.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to all helpdesk tickets within one (1) business day.
